in HR with work ex.
Job Duties-
§ Staffing Organizational Units - Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring
employees in organization according to their credentials and hospital
requirement Conduct orientation/
Induction sessions for the new joiners.
§ Credentialing and privileging of staff recruited.
§ To confirm their joining formalities.
§ To make sure Employee Database is complete.
§ Ensuring that they are receiving
proper training.
§ Performance appraisal of
employee recruited.
§ Coordinating pre health check-up
for new employees and regular health check-up for hospital employees.
§ Grievance Handling
§ Provide current and prospective employees with
information about policies, job duties, working conditions and employee
benefits.
§ Man power planning with respective department.
§ Taking round of ground floor and ensure smooth
functioning of different departments and proper documentation.
§ Coordinating staff trainings like NABH related training, fire safety,
codes, new forms or system (if introduced) etc…. on their respective floor
