Job Title        :           HR Manager
Reporting To:           Administrator
Qualification:             MBA in HR with work ex.
Job Duties-
§  Staffing Organizational Units - Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring employees in organization according to their credentials and hospital requirement Conduct orientation/ Induction sessions for the new joiners.
§  Credentialing and privileging of staff recruited.
§  To confirm their joining formalities.
§  To make sure Employee Database is complete.
§  Ensuring that they are receiving proper training.
§  Performance appraisal of employee recruited.
§  Coordinating pre health check-up for new employees and regular health check-up for hospital employees.
§  Grievance Handling
§  Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions and employee benefits.
§  Man power planning with respective department.
§  Taking round of ground floor and ensure smooth functioning of different departments and proper documentation.
§  Coordinating staff trainings like NABH related training, fire safety, codes, new forms or system (if introduced) etc…. on their respective floor




JOB DESCRIPTION- WARD BOYS/LADIES


JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title          :           WARD BOYS/LADIES
Reporting to :           HK Incharge
Job summary:
Hospital ward boys/ladies are responsible to the Nursing  Superintendent/ Matron for the management of the wards
Qualification:             should able to read and sign on papers
Duties:
·        Cleanliness of ward, its annexes and environments.
·        Linen and ward equipment-up-keep and repairs.
·        Giving and removing of bed pans and urine pots.
·        Giving and removing of hot water bottle.
·        Bed making.
·        Dispatching of specimens.
·        Receive the patient on admission and assist the patient in getting into or out of the bed.
·        Transport patients to various departments in the hospital.
·        Help in feeding patients and giving drinking water to patients and washing utensils.
·        Assist the nurse in handling and observation of patient and in simple basic nursing procedure.
·        Assist in collection and handling of pathological specimens.
·        Assist the nurse in receiving supplies by running errands to other departments of the hospital and in caring messages to other departments and individuals in the hospital.
·        Assist the nurse in getting supplies from the laundry, disinfecting mattresses and dispatching dirty linen to the laundry.
·        Clear and do dusting of beds, doors, windows and other furniture, He will assist in debugging and pest control of wards.
·        Wash walls and doors in wards.
·        Assist in sterilization of instruments appliances and dressings and dressing of post-operative wounds.
·        Render first aid to patients in case of emergency.
·        Prepare dead bodies; arrange their transportation to mortuary and assist in terminal disinfections.
·        Keeping the ward clean and tidy.
·        Care of clean and soiled linens.
·        Assistance in orientation of new employee.
·        Participation in staff education and staff meeting.
·        Participation in professional activities.
·        Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Working conditions:
Ward boys/ladies does shift work, which include nights and weekends. The length of a shift can vary from eight to 12 hours.

Hazards:
The work requires close contact with patients suffering from variety of illnesses. The work can be stressful and exhausting particularly when the facilities are stringent and duty hours demanding.
Other hazards may include:
·         Work-related stress, whose causal factors include excessive working time and overwork
·         Violence from outside the organization
·         Mobbing (workplace bullying)

Job summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for Cost- effective procurement of raw materials. Identifying and building the right sources of supply, ensuring the supply of right quality at the right time, terms and price, maintaining relevant database, etc.
Qualification:            
Graduate with > 2 yrs of experience.
Duties:
·        Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
·        Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.
·        Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
·        Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
·        Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
·        Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·        Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
·        Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
·        Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.

Qualification:             GRADUATION
Duties:
·        To assign duties to subordinates & allocation of post keeping in view the security requirements.
·        To deal with patients/ visitors, guide them as required.
·         To ensure material/ assets are physically verified while coming in & going out of the premises.
·        To take regular rounds of the premises & ensure security measures are adhered.
·        Thorough knowledge of emergency procedure
·        To ensure the safety of visitor’s employee’s vehicle.
·        To check security log book daily.
·        To keep the Manager appraised and informed of conditions and security activities in the Hospital.
·        To take charge of investigations of all reported crimes, injuries or any unusual incidents; makes necessary reports to document incident.
·        To ensure staff is punching in & punching out their attendance while coming in & going out of the premises.
·        To ensure implementation of company standards as mentioned in Security standard procedure.
·         Any other job assigned from time to time by the concerned superiors.

JOB DESCRIPTION- RADIOLOGY INCHARGE


JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title        :           RADIOLOGY INCHARGE
Reporting To:           Medical Superintendent
Job Duties-
·        The radiographer is responsible for positioning the patient properly into the beam of the radiation source and adjusting the proper exposure techniques for the optimum film resolution with the least radiation exposure to the patient.
·        Will be directly responsible for the placing proper immobilization devices. Safety, upkeep and maintenance of all equipment within the department.
·        Responsible for protective shielding on the patient and taking any protective measures for themselves and all other personnel in the radiation area.
·        Will calculate the length and time of exposure for the diagnosis and/or treatment of the affected area.
·        Will be responsible for Administration of drugs and preparation of chemical mixtures for the visualization of radiographic structures.
·        To Observe  the patient for adverse reactions, from chemical mixture.
·        Will maintain log books for all equipment with relevant information regularly updated
·        Will maintain liaison with support service for prompt attention to machines and ensure that the down time is minimal.
·        Will adhere to the defined work flow pattern.
·        Will place regular indents for stores, consumables and drugs as well as developer and fixer chemicals.
·        To ensure the x-ray room and darkroom is kept tidy and clean.
·        Will follow radiation safety norms accurately.
·        Will ensure proper disposal of fixers
·        To make sure the bed-sheets and the patient gown is clean at all time.
·        To check, keep and maintain all the accessories in the room.
·        To prepare x-ray envelopes for patients.
·        To prepare processing chemicals and to maintain it.
·        To maintain the x-ray processors.
·        To wash the rollers and processing tank weekly at a suitable time.
·        To process x-ray films.
·        To maintain film and chemical levels in the darkroom and inform the manager if need to order.
·        To dispatch the reported radiograph to the respective area .
·        To maintain the department statistic on a daily basis..
·        To collect supplies from store and to photocopy departmental documents.
·        To assist the radiologist in performing radiology procedures when the need arises.
