Job Duties-

Develops and posts
work schedule within time frame
·
Provides direct
patient care as needed
·
Assigns lunches and
breaks for the staff
·
Insures standards
of patient care through QA monitors
·
Anticipates
physician needs
·
Communicates
problems involving personnel, medical staff, patients, families and the general
public to the appropriate management personnel
·
Schedules staff
meetings on a regular basis
·
Completes annual
performance evaluations on staff
·
Makes an assignment
according to the needs of the patient and the capabilities of the staff
·
Safety education
self-study module
·
Obtains information and updates the medical
record:
