MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Definition of the Job
Hospital Medical Superintendent oversees the
various hospital clinical departments and other related medical facilities
including outpatient clinics. Hospital Medical Superintendent must follow and
enforce policies established by the board of Directors. These rules help Medical
Superintendent to plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and
health services.

Medical
superintendent is responsible for operating activities of a Hospital and
medical staff, ensures that patients receive high-quality service and
formulates internal procedures with which subordinates must comply when
performing tasks. The superintendent also conducts the hiring of medical personnel
and develops staff training sessions on a regular basis.
Qualification and Skill
A

experience.
