JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title          :           Receptionist
Reporting to  :          Reception Incharge
Job summary:
Handle the front office; coordinate with various departments for functioning of the office.
Qualification:
Graduates / Post Graduates with >1 Yr of Exp. in Front office/ Receptionist.
Duties:
·         Handling and answering external as well as internal phone calls and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
·         Managing patient's appointments, according to the doctor's schedule.
·         Giving registration forms to the patients and getting all the necessary information filled from them.
·         Handling data entry tasks.
·         Ability to handle individual correspondence
Hazards:
·         Work-related stress, whose causal factors include excessive working time and overwork
